Payment Confirmation

An order is considered paid once payment confirmation is received from the payment provider. In case of a failed, pending, or duplicated transaction, customers should contact our support team with the order number and relevant transaction reference.

Payment processing is handled by the applicable payment service provider. Customers should never share their OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking password with anyone claiming to represent Begum’s Official.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved or required by law, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method. The time taken for the funds to reflect depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to verify suspicious transactions and cancel orders where fraud is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.
