Cancellation and Order Modification Policy

Once an order has been placed, requests for cancellation or modification are subject to the order's processing and dispatch status.

Customers should contact Begum’s Official as soon as possible if they wish to request a change to their order details. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, been customised, or been dispatched.

Begum’s Official reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or other legitimate reasons. Customers will be informed where appropriate, and any applicable refund will be initiated in accordance with the law.

This policy does not restrict any cancellation or other rights available to consumers under applicable law.
